How we collect our reviews

The reviews displayed on our product pages come from two sources.

• Our customers. After placing an order on Storeyza, we send an email inviting them to review the product they received.
• Our supplier partners. Some reviews come from our supplier partners for the same product. These reviews are imported with their original date.

Reviews are displayed with their date. We do not modify their content; reviews written in another language are automatically translated into French. When a review has earned a reward, such as a discount, it is marked as "Rewarded".

We may reject a review that is abusive, unrelated to the product, or contains personal data; the author is then informed of the reason. Reviews remain published as long as the product is for sale.
